My involvement
- Led the company and advised international clients on 10+ real estate projects valued up to USD 3 million: financial analysis, risk assessment, investor relations and deal structuring.
- Wrote investment briefs, market intelligence reports and cross-border compliance documentation.
- Negotiated between international investors and developers on projects including Four Seasons Iskele, Sky Deluxia and Courtyard by DOVEC.
