Lead implementation partner for ECOWAS Parliament Initiatives under the Parliament's 25th Anniversary Commemorative Programme, authorised under the Parliament's communiqué of 2 March 2026.
My involvement
- Appointed to lead strategy, planning and communications for the initiatives, covering youth innovation, women's empowerment, trade facilitation and civic engagement.
- Delivered the official programme website as the first major deliverable: content architecture, institutional branding compliance and deployment.
- Coordinated stakeholder engagement with government institutions alongside implementing partners CMD Tourism and Trade Enterprise and Borderless Trade and Investment.
- Directed a team, setting strategy and providing editorial oversight and quality control.
